MAX'S STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSROOM

Are you on a quest for ultimate strength? Are you looking for a scientific strength training method that produces the quickest gains in strength? If you are like most athletes, you have the following two questions:

1. How frequently do I need to strength train?
2. How many sets do I need to perform?

My "Training Intelligence" strength training program will answer these two questions.

Welcome to my Strength Training Classroom! You will learn the proper way to train for strength. If you are active in martial arts, wrestling, powerlifting, football, baseball, basketball, etc., you know how vital it is to be stronger than your opponent.

Do you follow a "set" routine? Granted, this may be better than not training at all, but you can do better. You can train more intelligently. By following my "Training Intelligence" program, you will get stronger.

Does your routine leave you feeling drained? Do you lack energy? Do you wish you had more energy and strength? Learn how to eliminate over-training and get stronger faster.

Please don't bust me for posting older photos. These are all the photos that I could find of me hanging sideways.
I will add new photos very shortly.
