Black Lake
Black Lake is very scenic with magnificent
sunrises and sunsets.
Fishing is excellent at Black Lake. Black Lake is widely
known for
its large and small mouth bass, northern pike, and
crappies. Early
spring is great for bullhead fishing and big catfish
are caught all
year long. Then there are allways panfish to keep
the fishermen busy.
In October deer hunting is great here.
Fishing licenses
and bait of all kinds can be purchased within a few minutes from the Lodge.
Walleye
and northern pike season opens on the first Saturday
in May. Muskie
and bass season on the third Saturday in June.
