I have been training now on a regular basis for about 6 Months now, since 01/27/02 , (date I joined Gym with Bob). Since then I have continued to progress through my workouts. I have continued to add more weight to my exercises, as well as sets per body part, and number of days training per week. When I first began training again, back in Jan. 2002 or early Feb. 2002. I started off with the basic full body workout, while training with Bob Schlegel.

  I am now training with Mario, & have progressed to training 5 days a week, with cardio. Still I really am not doing more than 6 sets per body part. And in my opinion the gains have been phenomenal. I am also up to eating about 6-8 smaller meals a day. I’m at the point where I feel I need to start tracking my progress again, to better my results. Sometimes I don’t even know how many meals I’m having anymore. I have decided, “IT’S TIME TO GET SERIOUS”. I have a goal, and that goal is to COMPETE AGAIN IN 2004, which gives me about 2 years to prep for show time. Enough small talk let me get onto my daily nutritional intake.
