3rd day of diet
Meal 1-Meal Replacement drink
Meal 2-12 egg whites with bell peppers
Meal 3-Meal Replacement drink
Meal 4-Chicken breast and Spinach
Note: Feel tight was 183 lbs. yesterday at the gym , approximately
12 weeks. Until show. I need to start doing cardio. twice a day.
NOTE: Wednesday - Trained Quads and calves.
Thursday- Went Hiking
Friday-Trained Chest , Biceps, and abdominals.
Saturday- Trained Shoulders , Hamstrings , Triceps and calves.
Up until then I was doing cardiovascular exercise
20 - 30 minutes after my weight training. Either on the stair climber or
stationary bike.
Like I said , this manual is based on my personal
experiences . So , you have to excuse me if it seems like you are reading
someone's notes. That is exactly what you are doing. This is what my journal
consisted of. You shouldn't need anymore than notes to devise your own
program that will work for you . You are an individual . Take some responsibility
be creative and devise your own workout and nutritional program. Use the
notes I am giving you and you to can devise something that will fit your
lifestyle and help you reach your Fitness goals. I am sure , many of you
would not need or want to follow a program exactly as mine.
