| When Daniel was only 6 months old, he was casted by a baby formula TV commercial, Nam Yang Ah-Gi-Sa-Rang (남양 아기사랑 3.4). After the commercial aired in Korea, it has made a phenomenal hit. Thereafter, everybody who has little babies wondered how they can teach their babies and started looking for instructors. It was a booming all over the country for a while.
Of course, it is a real swim. Not a fake or computer re-touch. Daniel had to practice so hard, more than a week. What he has done was perfect, he could finally made it to the last 4 babies among other 30 babies. There were 4 babies including Daniel in the TV commercial and Daniel was the only one in the print advertising. I still remember the moment when I was putting Daniel in the water first time. I was so afraid but he wasn't. He could really swim! Even he opened his eyes and smiled. It was totally amazing! The babies under one year old still can remember the time when they were in their mother's womb. That's why they could open their eyes and feel comportable (not physically possible for everyone but Daniel) in the water. Perhaps to him, it was just a bit colder than his mother's... |
