Now take a look at a revolucionary product with great characteristics

for your special needs in protection against oxidation and salt attrition

on metals, concretes and just about any material.

It’s name is POLYUREA, here are some examples.

Coating of ship decks and other metallic parts on Boats.

Coating concrete against salts, acids, caustics, etc.

Protection on metallic stairs, pathways, railguards, etc., excellent for roofing.

Coating reservoirs for marine life.

Coating floors and walls against  spills like solvents, acids, etc.

Under extreme conditions epoxic materials fracture and urethanes give out and tear, this elastomer

resists abrassion and tear (ASTM-1044, 0.62 mg loss after 1000 revs),  there are soft and hard versions

(with elongations of 125 to 625%), tear strength ASTM-638 of 2315 psi. Metal Adhesion is good (1375 psi)

and on concrete (355 psi) also as good (ASTM 794).

Won’t pinhole nor blister with humidity as polyurethanes do, it can be applied in temperatures within 10º to 150º F.

Because it cures so fast, reinforcing fibers can be added upon necessity, making this material very versatile to

acquire any strength, toughness or mechanical strength required..

This are just some examples, the amount of uses depends on your needs. This product is an elastomer

applied on the spot with a high pressure equipment. Does not pollutes because it doesn’t have

volatile organic compounds nor it’s explosive in enclosed spaces.

As soon as it cures it can be handled…….it adheres great to metal, bricks, concrete, etc.
