People Against Feminine Hygene Advertising

Does this situation ring any bells?, you and your family, which may include small children, sit down to watch a favourite T.V. programme. Then it comes to a commercail break and some smiley faced woman pops on the screen stretching and dancing and preaching about her "protection," your children turn around and ask you what's it about?. But OH NO it is'nt over yet they do the blue liquid test as everyone in the room grows uncomfortable and quiet. Do we have to live with this? NO this is why I created this page, to get the message out that we don't have to put up with it. There are various ways of complaining about these commercails. Send complaints to the T.V. stations, the companies themselves, anyone who is in charge is who you should complain to. What I recommend? send your letters to the Canadian Broadcast Standards Council or your local Standards Council. I'll have the ways of contacting them listed on this page soon. We have a right to decent television, if anything not just feminine hygene bothers you complain about it. For example, hemmoroids, feminine itching, sex, violence or whatever else may offend you, you have a right to complain.
