Lillie Langtry was the original international beauty of her time, admired by men and envied by women. She was the first of Edward VII's mistresses to ever be publicly acknowledged in society. A very popular woman of the theatre, she was not a great actress but her fame led her to be one of the worlds first women millionaire's and one of the most photographed women in the world. With an astute head for buisiness, a cool but charming demeanor and a beauty that literally took the world by storm she could not help but succeed.
