We are a 20 unit apartment complex 2 short blocks from the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo. We currently offer 1 bedroom apartments for $695 per month. We require a $795 deposit and a 6 month lease. There is a small laundry room with new coin operated washers and dryers and each apartment has 1 parking space. Water and trash are paid and we do not allow pets.
