My Name is
Michael Bartlett
This site was designed to give visitors a little insight into my life. In doing so, I have included a little bio about myself, a few pictures, some cool links and my resume (just incase you want to help me out...hint, hint!)
My full name is Michael Robert Bartlett and I am the 22 year old son of Robert and Ann Bartlett (and an only child). I am currently in my 4th year of studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in Honours Business. My 'work related' plans are still undecided...but I will be sure to keep a smile on my face!
My time at WLU has been well spent and I have been able to successfully combine a demanding course load, a hectic extracurricular schedule and a great social life. Life is too short to have your nose in the books all of the time!
In my 4 years at Laurier I have served the school as an Orientation Week Executive, an Undergraduate Business Games Co-ordinator, Student Activities Communication Committee Member and a Residence Council Rep. Not to mention my valuabe time as a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, where I have served as an Executive Officer for the past two years.
Combined with my passion for 'staying busy' is my passion for family and friends. My parents and I maintain a strong relationship and I owe a lot of my successes to them. Furthermore, my friends are my family as well and I have been fortunate enought to make a lot of life long ones. In fact, I am lucky enough to have continued a strong relationship with my best friends from highschool...a rare occurance at this age!!!
I'm not sure where I will be in 20 years (aside from Bay Street) but I guarantee my friends and family will be at my side.
Let me leave you with one last thought! This is thought that has been shared by many of Laurier's finest!
