Easy Chocolate Pie
2 packages (4 oz each) bakers sweet chocolate ------------------------1/2 cup milk
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese ----------------------------------------2 tablespoons sugar
3 1/2 cups whip cream -------------------------------------------------1 chocolate pie crust
Melt all but 3 squares of the chocolate with the milk *DO NOT BOIL* In large bowl mix chocolate, cream cheese, sugar and rest of milk till smooth, fold in whip cream, spoon into crust and place in freezer till smooth. Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle on top. Refrigerate till ready to serve.

Peanut Butter Pie - Another one to die for
3/4 cups peanut butter ---------------------------------2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese -------------------------------------16 oz whip cream
Two 9" chocolate pie crusts
Beat 1st 3 ingredients till smooth and then fold in whip cream. Put in pie crusts and refrigerate.

Raw Apple Cake - Quick easy and delicious
4 cups diced apples (fine) ---------------------- 2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs ----------------------------------------- 1 tsp nutmeg
2 cups sugar ----------------------------------- 1/2 cup oil
2 cups flour ------------------------------------ 1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp salt --------------------------------------- 1 cup raisins
2 tsp baking soda
Place apples in mixing bowl, break eggs over top add sugar, spices, oil, nuts and raisins. Mix with fork till well blended. Place in 9 X 12 disk and bake for 45 mins at 350.
No frosting necessary.

Rum Cake - yummy !
1 box yellow cake mix with pudding -------------------- 3 eggs
1 cup rum ---------------------------------------------- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water ------------------------------------------ 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts ------------------------------------- Bunt cake pan
Sauce pan
Mix eggs, 1/2 cup rum, oil and 1/2 water, then blend into cake mix for 2 mins. Spray Bunt cake pan with cooking spray and add chopped nut to pan. Pour cake mix in and bake at 350 for 40 mins.
Now take the rest of the rum, water and sugar and heat trough in your sauce pan when cake has cooled and is still in the pan pour over and then turn out.

Coffee Cake
1 yellow cake mix ------------------------------------- 1 stick margarine
2 egg -------------------------------------------------- 1 can Eagle brand milk
2 cups Heath bar brickle ------------------------------- 1 cup chopped nuts
In a 9 by 13 baking dish combine 1 egg cake mix and margarine, the best way I can put it is to crumble it together and pat down. Then mix 1 egg and the eagle brand milk and pour over top. Mix Heath bar brickle and nuts and sprinkle on top, bake at 325 for 1 hour.

Cherry Dump Cake
1 - 16 oz can crushed pineapple ------------------------- 1 - 16 oz can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow pudding cake mix -------------------------- 2 sticks butter
8 oz chopped walnuts
Drain pineapple. In a 3 quart deep microwave safe baking dish add pineapple and cherries, add cake mix over top, melt butter an drizzles over cake mix then sprinkle walnuts on top. Microwave on high for 15 mins.
