Easy Ice Cream - Simplest recipe I've ever seen

1/2 cup milk ----------------------- ---------1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla -------------------------1/4 teaspoon flour (Yes flour)

6 tablespoon salt ----------------------------1 pint size zip-type plastic bag

1 gallon size zip-type plastic bag -------------Ice

Fill large bag half way with ice . Add the salt, and seal the bag. Put milk, vanilla and sugar into small bag and seal tightly making sure it does not leak. Place small bag into large and seal again. Shake 6 to 8 mins, wipe off small bag, open and enjoy.

Bread Pudding - Simple and most tasty !

1 loaf cinnamon bread -------------------------------- 1 loaf raisin bread

4 boxes instant vanilla pudding (made as directed on box)

Tear bread into strips or medium size pieces, place in the bottom of a 9 by 12 buttered baking dish. Pour pudding over top and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 mins - Just till top turns slightly brown.

Quick and Easy Rice Pudding - Just like it says easy and pretty darn good too

4 cups milk -------------------------------------------- 1 egg - beaten

1 pack instant vanilla pudding -------------------------- 1 cup uncooked instant rice

1/4 cup raisins ----------------------------------------- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/8 cup nutmeg

In a saucepan add milk, egg, rice and raisins. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, let cool aprox 5 or 6 minutes, stirring a couple times. Pour into dessert dishes and serve or cover dishes with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Sprinkle with the nutmeg and cinnamon before serving.

Ice Cream Sunday Dessert

2 cups chocolate chips ------------------------------------ 1 can evaporated milk

1/2 tsp salt ------------------------------------------------ 1 - 12 oz package vanilla wafers - crushed

1/2 cup butter - melted ------------------------------------ 2 quarts vanilla ice cream - or your favorite

Combine 1 cup wafer crumbs and butter, set aside. Press remaining wafer crumbs into a greased 9 by 13 baking dish, place in freezer. In a saucepan melt chocolate with salt and milk about 25 mins (watch that chocolate does not burn) set aside for 10 mins, then pour over crust. Cover and freeze for 25 minutes, spread ice cream over chocolate, sprinkle with crumb and butter mixture and set in freezer for at least 2 hours.
