Banana Raita

Ingredients

  • 7 fl oz Natural Yoghurt

  • ½ Tsp Cumin seed

  • ½ Tsp Wild onion seeds

  • 2 Dessertspoons of chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 Banana, sliced

Method

Place yogurt in a bowl. Beat gently with a fork until creamy. Heat a frying pan and lightly roast the cumin and onion seeds. Add these to the yoghurt, then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill before serving.
