Onion Bhaji
- 4 Medium Onions (coarsely sliced)
- 1½ Cups Chick Pea Flour
- ½ tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Salt to taste
- Water
Fry the onions in a little olive oil, until they break down, remove from heat. Mix
together all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add water to make a reasonably thick batter.
Add the onions to mixture.
Spoon mixture (forming a ball) into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown and set. Put
to one side until ready to serve, then deep fry them altogether until heated and deep
golden brown in colour.
