Ingredients
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
1/4 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk
1/4 Cup Fat Free Half And Half
2 1/2 Tablespoons Molly Mcbutter®
3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese -- Grated
1 1/2 Tablespoons Flour
3 Cloves Garlic -- Minced
Fresh Black Pepper -- To Taste

Directions
Sauté onions and mushrooms. Set aside. Mix first three ingredients in pan over low heat. Stir 5 minutes. With whisk, add Molly McButter and grated parmesan cheese. After 5 minutes, stir in flour 1/2 tablespoon at a time. Stir vigorously over high heat. Add mushrooms and onions. Add fresh peper and garlic last. Serve over noodles, pasta, potatoes, or rice.
