Ancini Di Pepe Macaroni Fruit Salad
Ingredients
3/4 Cup Ancini Di Pepe Macaroni -- cooked, drained,
-- rinsed well
1 20 Oz Can Crushed Pineapple
1 16 Oz Can Mandarin Oranges
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cool Whip®
(Use Small Container)Directions
Cook juice from crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges with sugar, flour, eggs, and salt until thick. Pour over macaroni and fruit mixture. Cool 4 hours or overnight. Add 1 small container of cool whip. Mix well and refrigerate.
Notes Have also had this salad with coconut and cherries added.
