Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients
6 Pork chops
1 Can Cream of celery soup
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
1 Stalk of celery -- sliced
1 Green pepper -- sliced
1 Large Onion -- chopped
1 Can Raw rice -- (soup can full)
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 Can Water (soup can)
Garlic powderDirections
Brown pork chops. Pour rice into casserole dish. Mix the soups and water together; pour over the rice. Top with green peppers, onions, and celery. Place pork chops on top of all. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
