Shrimp Ball
Ingredients
1/2 Pound Small Shrimp -- coarsely chopped
-Cooked
2 Tablespoons Minced onion
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
8 Ounces Cream cheese -- softened
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Horseradish
1/2 Cup Parsley -- chopped fine
Directions
Mix shrimp, onion, salt, cream cheese, lemon juice, and horseradish together well. Divide in half and shape into balls. Roll in parsley. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to use. Serve with crackers
