4 cups nonfat dry milk powder
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ cups sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry
place.
TO USE: Place 3 tablespoons of mix in cup; stir in a small amount of boiling
water to dissolve powder; then fill cup. Stir and serve with a dollop of whipped
cream, if you wish.
Makes 6 cups mix
