¾ cup milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 pkg. ( 8 ounce) cream cheese, cut into ½ inch cubes
½ cup baking mix
Fruit
Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender container.
Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Add softened cream cheese. Cover
and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into baking plate. Bake until center is firm
40 - 45 minutes at 350 ºF. Cool. Spread cheesecake topping carefully over top. Garnish
with fruit.
CHEESECAKE TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix and spread over cheesecake.
