6 english muffins
6 american cheese slices
6 slices canadian bacon
6 eggs, fried, with yolks broken
margarine
Fry the eggs, being sure to break the yolks. Open the english muffins and spread
both halves with margarine. Place a fried egg on one side of each set of english
muffins. Top the egg with 1 slice of american cheese, and 1 slice of canadian bacon.
Place the top on english muffin and wrap in aluminum foil. ( At this point the muffins
may be stored in the refridgerator over night.) Heat foil wrapped muffins in 350º oven
for 6 to 8 minutes (10-15 minutes if they have been refridgerated overnight.)
