1 pound Oreo cookies, crushed
½ stick margarine, melted

½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cubes margarine
12 ounce milk chocolate chips
3 cups powdered sugar
2 cups Spanish peanuts
Mix oreos and melted margarine. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with softened
ice cream. Put in freezer. Over low heat melt margarine and chips, then add
powdered sugar and beat. Stir in peanuts. Spread over ice cream. Freeze
Remove 15 minutes before serving
