Tuna/Cashew Noodle Bake

TUNA / CASHEW NOODLE BAKE

8 ounce pkg medium or wide noodles

Cook in boiling water until barely done. Drain and rinse in cold water to
stop cooking. Have ready in a large bowl:
1 ( 12 ounce) can white tuna, drained
1 cup onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
2 cups celery, strings removed and chopped
½ small jar of pimentos, sliced
1 Tablespoon worchestershire sauce
2 cans mushroom soup
¼ cup frozen peas
1 soup can whole milk
¾ cup cashew nuts, halves and pieces

Mix in cooked noodles, pour into a 3 quart baking dish. Dot with 3 - 4 Tablespoons
butter. Crush a generous amount of BBQ potato chips and sprinkle over the top. Bake
approximately 1 hour at 325 º. 1
