8 slices of bacon
1 can (6 ½ ounce) tuna, drained and flaked
¼ cup minced celery
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
½ teaspoon onion salt
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
3 pita bread rounds, 6 inches each
Fry bacon until crisp. Crumble. Mix Tuna, bacon, celery, mayonnaise, onion salt
and lemon juice. Stir till blended. Cut pita rounds in half to make half circles. Fill
each half with about 2 heaping Tablespoons of the filling. Makes 3 sandwiches
