This a small collection of other nice cars that we or our friends have or had

This 1983 Jaguar XJ6 was our family car for over 7 years.  It was a joy to drive, with innumerable problems, mostly due to very poor dealer service.  The transmission had to be replaced twice and we sold it when the trans fluid started to show rust again.  Real pity, great car.

The Jag was traded in for a new 1988 M Benz 300E.   Totally different ride, less plush, more sporty and responsive.  Car was totaled in an injury-less accident in 97.  (want to see photo?)

This 1997 BMW 540i Auto was Ani's car for almost 3 years.  Extremely fast, silky smooth engine, a little on the plush side ride, but overall outstanding.  Payments became a real pain, and we decided to make a change.

This is Ani's current daily driver, a very nice 1996 328iS auto.  Really nice car for her.  But when somebody asks "which car do we take?", I always pick the Alfa.

This beautiful Renault 5 Turbo was on display at the Italy & France car day at the park in late 99 in LA.
