8 lbs Alexander Amber Extract
.5 lb Chocolate Malt
.5 lb Crystal Malt 20L
.25 lb Black Patent Malt
2 oz Fuggles Hops 5.5% AA
.5 oz Cascade Hops 6.5% AA
1 vial White Labs British Ale Yeast #WLP005
Directions
Steep grains at 150 degress F for 30 minutes. Remove grains, add extract, and bring to a boil. Boil ten minutes then add 2 ounces of Fuggles Hops and boil for 35 minutes. Add .5 oz Cascade hops boil for 10 minutes then remove from heat. Sparge to fermenter.

.5 lb Breiss CaraPil Malt
.25 lb Breiss White Wheat Malt
2 oz Centennial Hops 10.5% AA
2 oz Willamette Hops 6.0% AA
1 oz Goldings Hops 6.6% AA
1 vial White Labs English Ale Yeast #WLP002
Directions
Steep grains at 150 degress F for 30 minutes. Remove grains, add extract, and bring to a boil. Add 2 oz Centennial hops and boil for 30 minutes. Add 1 oz Willamette hops and boil for 20 minutes. Add 1oz Willamette hops and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add .5 oz Goldings hops, and steep for 10 minutes. Strain hops and sparge to fermenter.

.25 lb Victory Malt
1.5 oz Willamette Hops 5.5% AA
.5 oz Goldings Hops 6.6% AA
.5 oz Fuggles Hops 4.3% AA
1 tsp Gypsum
1 tsp Irish Moss
1 vial White Labs British Ale Yeast #WLP005
Directions
Bring 1.5 gallons of water with grain and gypsum to a boil. Remove grains, add extract, and bring to a boil. Add 1.5 oz Willamette hops and boil 45 minutes. Add Irish Moss, boil 5 minutes. Add .5 oz Fuggles hops boil for 8 minutes. Add .5 oz Goldings hops, boil 2 minutes turn off heat. Remove hops and sparge to fermenter.
