Creative Cauliflower

Cauliflower, otherwise knows as "albino broccoli" in my house is a great year round vegetable. Good for soups, casserole, au gratin, or just plain steamed with butter.... I have yet to meet a cauliflower I didn't like !

Happy cooking !
