Ingredients:
2 medium white onions
1/2 pound ground beef
2 - 3 Tblsp ketchup
2 Tblsp Parmesan cheese
1 Tblsp cornmeal
Peal the onions and cook in boiling water 20 to 30 minutes. Drain; cool well. Cut a slice off the top and lift out the center. Chop the centers to make 2 - 3 Tblsp chopped onion. Add to ground beef and ketchup in a skillet. Toss over low heat for 5 minutes. Mix in the cheese and cornmeal. Fill the onions with the hamburger mixture. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
