1 cup starter
2/3 cup water
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Mix all ingredients. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, or until the the dough is smooth and elastic. Place in a bowl and cover. Let sit in a warm place until doubled in bulk. Punch down and shape into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan, cover and let rise again until doubled in bulk. Bake the loaf in an oven preheated to 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
