1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups rhubarb
Cream the first five ingredients and then add the rest. Mix well. Pour batter into two prepared bread pans and top each loaf with 1 tsp of melted butter and sprinkle top with 1 Tblsp sugar. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, cooling on a wire rack.
