Blueberry Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tblsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 (8 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 egg
1 cup blueberries

Position rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 400°F. Combine the dry ingredients and stir well. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients, stir until moist. Gently fold in the blueberries. Coat a muffin tin with PAM. Divide the batter into the cups and sprinkle the tops with sugar. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden.
