Mom's Chicken and Rice

A quick and hearty meal that is guaranteed to warm you up and satisfy your appetite. A winter staple and ideal for students. Easily accepts alterations.

Ingredients:

1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
1 Can Cream of Celery soup
1 Soupcan of water
1 soup can of Minute Rice
2 Cans of boned chicken
canned onion rings, browned

Bring all but the onions to a boil then simmer for about 7 minutes. While the main dish is simmering, brown the onion rings in the oven at 350°F for about 2-3 minutes. Serve the main dish hot, topped with the crisped onions.
