Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375F. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. In a larger bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth. Add graham cracker crumb mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut, chocolat chips and walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Store in loosely covered container at room temperature, makes 3 dozen.
