Hickory Dickory Clock

Arrange miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces around edge of cupcake for numerals. Use black shoestring licorice to form clock hands. With writing tip, pipe brown Ornamental Icing around cupcake for decorative border. Cut a chewy chocolate-roll candy and shape to form handle at top of clock.
