Peep Peep!

Spread pale-yellow Ornamental Icing over frost- ing. With large writing tip, pipe a mound of yellow icing for head. With medium star tip and yellow icing, pipe wings and tail feathers. Use small round blue candies for eyes, candy corn for beak.
