Terriffic Turtle

Spread some green Ornamental Icing over frosting. Cut 2 pieces chewy chocolate roll candy cross- wise in half; use for legs. Cut another piece of roll candy for head and tail. Dab some frosting on head to hold 2 pieces small blue candy for eyes. Cover cupcake surface with small green jelly beans to form shell.
