Cat's Meow

Pipe spikes of white Ornamental Icing around edge of frosted cupcake for collar. Place 2 candy corns at edge of cupcake for ears. Use 2 small blue candy-coated chocolate pieces for eyes and 1 red candy for nose. Use 3 pieces black shoestring licorice on each side of nose for whiskers, and 2 pieces above each eye for eyebrows. Cut 2 pieces red shoestring licorice for mouth.
