Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

4 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tblsp brandy
7 oz. Semisweet chocolate
8 Tblsp butter
4 egg whites, whipped
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, or whipped cream

In a double boiler, whip together the egg yolks, sugar and brandy until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Melt together chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Mix the egg mixture and chocolate mixture together. Carefully stir in the whipped egg whites and whipped cream inot the chocolate mixture. Spoon into wine glasses and refrigerate 4 hours. Serve with shaved chocolate.
