Ingredients:
1 can, 30oz, whole plums, drained, pitted and halved
1 can, 29oz, peach halved, drained
1 can, 16oz, pear halved, drained
1 can, 16oz, apricot halves, drained
1 can, 8oz, sliced pinapple
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tblsp butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
In a 3 quart baking dish layer the plums, peaches, pears and apricots. Drain the pinapple, reserve 1/2 cup juice. Place pinapple over the fruit.
In a small sauce pan, combine the brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, cloves and pinapple juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and butter melts. Pour over fruit and bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
