Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds bulk hot pork sausage
Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat; drain. Add the green pepper and onion, sautee
until tender; drain. Add the remaining ingredients; miz well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2
inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 325F for 1 hour. Uncover and bake another 20 to 30 minutes,
or until bubbly.

1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 can (31 oz) pork & beans
1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15.5 oz) great northern beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15.5 oz) black eyed peas, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, rinsed & drained
1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1 1/2 cups catsup
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground mustard
