2 Tblsp vinegar
5 1/2 cups sliced cooked potatoes
1 2/3 cups cucumbers
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
3/4 pound cooked crumbled bacon
1 cup mayonaise
3/4 chopped green pepper
3 Tblsp mined onion
1 tsp salt
Slice potatoes and boil until cooked through. Drain potatoes and while still hot pour the vinegar over them and allow to cool. Combine the potatoes and vinegar with the remaining ingredients and then chill for at leat an hour.
