Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingedients:

3 bananas; peeled and sliced
4 Cups cubed cantaloupe
1 Cup peeled and sliced kiwis
3 large tart apples; cored and sliced
4 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 Cup halved strawberries
1/2 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup star fruit; sliced
1/2 Cup orange juice
1/2 Cup honey
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Combine orange juice, honey, lemon zest, cinnamon and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. In a large sevring bowl place all the fruit except the berries and star fruit. Pour the juice mixture over the fruit and lightly toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-24 hours.

When ready to serve, stir in berries and star fruit. Alternately, 3 cups of no-fat vanilla yogurt can be stirred into the fruit mixture and then everything can be topped with the berries and star fruit.
