1/2 pound fresh green beans, snapped into 1" pieces
3 Tblsp olive oil
2 Tblsp chopped black olives
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1/2 - 1 tsp red pepper flakes
3 1/2 oz can chunk tuna, drained
salt
pepper(4 oz)
2 Tblsp fresh basil
Cook the beans until just tender, then drain and set aside. Mix the oil, olives, garlic, lemon juice and chili flakes. Mix in the tuna and then the green beans. Cut 4 medium tomatoes into wedges and arrange on a plates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. The spoon the tuna and bean mixture over the top and sprinkle with basil.
