Pistachio Salad

Ingedients:

1 box (3 oz.) Pistachio instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2/3 bowl of Cool Whip, or other whipped topping

Beat pineapple and pudding until the mixture is thick and mushy. Add the marshmallows and fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Chopped pecans or pistachios may be added as desired.
