Carrot and Cabbage Slaw

Recipe taken from Taste of Home Magazine

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
2 medium Golden Delicious Apples diced
1 cup raisins/craisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup honey
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 to 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Combine the first five items in a large serving bowl. In a small bowl combine the honey and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in the sour cream, salt pepper and nutmeg. Stir into cabbage mixture. Serve immediately or chill.
