Pumpkin Bread

• 3 c. sugar
  1 c. oil
  4 eggs
  2 c. pumpkin
  1 c. nuts
  2/3 c. water 2 tsp. baking soda
  1/2 tsp. salt
  1 tsp. cinnamon
  3 1/2 c. flour

  Cream oil sugar and eggs at low speed. Add pumpkin, water and dry ingreedients. Add nuts. Grease and flour three loaf pans. Pour mixture into loaf pans and bake 45 miniutes at 350 degrees.

  Fresh Pumpkin

  Cut the pumpkin into fourths. Peal and cut into small peices. Almost cover with water. Boil. Reduce heat and cook untill soft. Strain and mash.
