Butter Cookies

2sticks oleo
1 c sugar
3 c flour ( a little less)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 TBS milk
1 egg

Cream sugar and oleo together. Add the other ingred. Mix. Roll into a long tube about 2 inches in diameter and cut. Bake at 350 deg for 8 min.
