Luscious Dessert

• base:
  1 1/2 c flour
  1 1/2 stick oleo
  3/4 c nuts

Bake in 9x13 pan for 20 min @ 350 degrees. Cool

• first layer:
  1 8-oz philly cream cheese
  1 c powdered sugar
  1 c cool whip

mix well and pour over cool base.

• second layer:
  2 sm instant pudding
  3 c milk

mix and pour over first layer. Top with remaining cool whip
