Chicken Paprikash

just a bar

1 cut up fryer (about 3 lbs.)
1 chopped medium onion
1 tsp. paprika
2 TBS. oil
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
1 TBS. flour
1/2 pint sour cream

Salt & pepper chicken.  Brown in hot oil with onions.  Add paprika and water.  Simmer until chicken is done.  Add flour and sour cream.  Simmer until broth thickens.  Serve with mashed potatoes.
