Toll House Party Mix Makes about 8 servings Ingredients: 2 cups toasted cereal squares 2 cups small pretzel twists 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts 1 cup (about 20) caramels, unwrapped and coarsely chopped 1 2/3 to 2 cups (11- to 12-ounce package) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Butterscotch Flavored or Premier White Morsels Directions: COMBINE cereal, pretzels, peanuts and caramels in large bowl. MICROWAVE morsels in medium microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power (100% power for semi-sweet chocolate morsels) for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; stir to coat evenly. SPREAD mixture in 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray; cool for 30 to 45 minutes or until firm. Break into bite-size pieces.



Toll House Famous Fudge Makes 49 pieces Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups (4 ounces) miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: COMBINE sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch-square baking pan; chill for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces. FOR MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE: SUBSTITUTE 2 cups (11.5-ounce package) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Milk Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels. FOR BUTTERSCOTCH FUDGE: SUBSTITUTE 1 2/3 cups (11-ounce package) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Butterscotch Flavored Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels.







Chocolate Raisin Fudge Makes 49 pieces Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Milk 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cups (4 ounces) miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 1 1/3 cups (10-ounce package) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate-Covered Raisins, divided 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) Directions: COMBINE sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, 1 cup chocolate-covered raisins, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch-square baking pan; cool for 1 minute. Top with remaining chocolate-covered raisins, pressing in slightly. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pieces



Chocolate Peppermint Wafers Makes about 3 dozen candies Ingredients: 3 bars (6-ounce box) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Premier White Baking Bars, broken into pieces 12 (about 1/3 cup) coarsely crushed unwrapped hard peppermint candies 1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening Directions: MICROWAVE baking bars in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in candy. Thinly spread into foil-lined 8-inch-square baking pan. Chill for 10 minutes or until firm. REMOVE foil from candy; break into bite-size pieces. MICROWAVE morsels and vegetable shortening in small, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. DIP candy pieces 3/4 of the way into melted chocolate; shake off excess. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until ready to serve.



Rich & Creamy Hot Fudge Sauce Makes about 3 cups Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups (12 fluid-ounce can) NESTLÉ CARNATION Evaporated Milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 tablespoons light corn syrup 2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Directions: COMBINE evaporated milk, sugar, butter and corn syrup in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in morsels and vanilla extract until thickened and smooth. SERVE over ice cream or cake. Store leftover sauce in refrigerator; reheat before serving. If needed, add water to thin to desired consistency. NOTE: To make a thicker hot fudge sauce, reduce evaporated milk to 1 cup.



Chocolate Lover's Frosting Makes 2 cups frosting Ingredients: 3 cups sifted powdered sugar, divided 2/3 cup NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Baking Cocoa 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened 5 to 6 tablespoons milk, divided 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions: BEAT 1 cup powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla extract in small mixer bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in remaining sugar and milk until smooth.
